Who we are

Pivotnetics provides websites, AI visibility services, training, apps, automation, and speaking. This notice describes information handled through pivotnetics.com. Contact us at info@pivotnetics.com with privacy questions.

When you contact us

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. You can also provide your business name or website. We use these details to respond, discuss your needs, and follow up on your request. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive information.

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox. Our current contact form does not maintain a separate archive of messages in the website database. Our email and hosting providers process information to deliver and operate these services.

Website operation

Our hosting service may record technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and access times, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and related functions.

Spam protection

Our inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, for this security check. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

Analytics and marketing

We do not currently use visitor analytics tools, advertising trackers, or email marketing tools on this website. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Links to other websites

Our website includes links to other services, such as LinkedIn. If you follow one of these links, that service handles information according to its own privacy practices.

Keeping your information

Inquiry messages are currently kept in our business email inbox and may remain there for several years. We do not maintain a separate inquiry archive in WordPress.

Our hosting control panel reports that raw website access logs are emptied at the beginning of each month. Archiving of those raw logs in our hosting account is disabled.

Separate hosting-provider records and backup copies are not covered by that monthly raw-log rotation. Retention varies by record type and provider requirements. For information about our hosting provider’s handling of personal information, see the hosting.com Privacy Policy.

Questions and requests

Email info@pivotnetics.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some records may need to be kept for legal, security, or business obligations.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our website or information-handling practices change.
